Announcements WSAE Amendment of Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws Ballot The Board of Directors recommends that the Members adopt and approve the amendment and restatement of the Articles of Incorporation in substantially as the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation and the amendment and restatement of the Bylaws in substantially as Amended and Restated Bylaws by ballot. The purpose of the amendments are in order to 1) Align the Corporation’s governing documents with the new Non-Profit Corporation Act of the State of Washington; 2) Bring the Corporation’s governing documents into line with its current operations; 3) Foster diversity and inclusion; 4) Ensure the implementation of general governance best practice.
