Inviting all GEMS to host a table at Convention

WSAE GEMS who register for convention have the exclusive opportunity to host a table at convention. GEM status at any level qualifies for this opportunity. This is one of the most popular GEM benefits. WSAE does not sell table space.

About the Convention:

7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday June 9, 2025

5:10 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., Encore Reception and Silent Auction finale 
Location: Tacoma Downtown Marriott
The encore connections reception is the all conference gathering that provides space for people to re-connect and explore our GEM members. The event will have a variety of appetizers featuring the chef's preferences, a bar with wine, beer and non-alcohol options, and engaging activities including the finale of the silent auction. 

Included with your participation:

  • 6' table with white linen and 2 chairs
  • Power available upon request (must inquire at least 1 week in advance)

Available upon request (charges may apply)

  • Alternative or additional tables options: Cocktail (42” tall and 27” in diameter), 6’x3’ Rectangle, 6’x1.5’ Rectangle, 60” Diameter round table and ½ round tables.

Set up options

  • Sunday, 4 p.m. - 6 p.m., load in your table with an option to store supplies in a secure room on the same floor. (Union Room)
  • Monday, 6 a.m. - 7 a.m., load in day of event. 

Load out:

  • Monday 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., do not break down early
