Events Coordinator 2 - Join the team leading the Pacific Northwest in large and small event management. WSU Conference Management seeks to fill an Events Coordinator 2 position, which will work from the Puyallup office located within 30 miles of Seattle, WA. Holding offices in Puyallup, WA and Pullman, WA, WSU Conference Management leads the region in event management, partnering with federal and state agencies, non-profits, and university colleagues to deliver exceptional event experiences for clients and attendees. The Events Coordinator 2 is responsible for working with Conference Managers in developing, organizing and executing a wide array of conferences and professional education programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to support and participate in delivering diverse activities such as event planning, public relations, financial tracking, contract execution, and marketing.
