Inviting all GEMS to host a table at the Welcome Reception

WSAE GEMS have the exclusive opportunity to participate each year in the Annual Convention Welcome Reception. GEM status at any level qualifies for this opportunity. This is one of the most popular GEM benefits. WSAE does not sell table space for the Welcome Reception. Please remember to register for convention in order to participate in the Thursday and Friday Convention. The convention theme is Brave, a Year of Transformation and Exploration, and so we encourage you to lean into the theme with your display and communicate how your organization is brave (technology, services, approach, and more)

About the Welcome Reception:
6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Wednesday June 5, 2024
Location: 3 Rivers Convention Center
The welcome reception is the first all conference gathering and provides space for people to re-connect and explore our GEM members. Attendees pick up name badges and conference schedules and enjoy a festive introduction to convention. The event will have a variety of appetizers featuring the chef's preferences, a bar with wine, beer and non-alcohol options, and engaging activities.

  • Name badges for table representatives
  • Internet
