Castle Catering: Who is Castle Event Catering? They are the catering team serving and producing events in southeastern Washington and northeast Oregon since 1996. They are local homegrown foodies passionate about flavors, tastes, presentation and obsessed about the event details. The team, led by Executive Chef & Owner Andy & Event Designer Kathy J. Craig enjoy hand crafted menus, highlighting the wonderful bounty in which they live. Their relationships with local farmers and winemakers have inspired the start of the Kitchen Garden, which has now expanded to 1700 square feet, right out the back door. The Castle Team has many years of experience and rich culinary talent, which gives them the diversity to offer clients a wide range of flavors, tastes and presentations. Each event is unlike any other, with a feel and style of its own. The goal is to create just the right menu services for every event. They look forward to serving everyone in June!
