Shannon Novakovich

Bio:

Shannon Novakovich is the Chief Strategy Officer for Chaplaincy Health Care. She holds a Master of Science in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University.  She is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) and she graduated summa cum laude from WSU with a degree in Psychology. Shannon is also trained in conflict resolution and mediation. She and her husband Michael own a business consultancy called NovaWerx, which focuses on leadership development, strategy and human resources. They have called the Tri-Cities home for many years and are the proud parents of two boxers named Rijker and Braekhus they refer to as the “the girls.”
