DESCRIPTION

We have all had remarkable and unremarkable employee experiences throughout our careers. Often what makes something “remarkable” is not always one thing or easily tangible. By defining the terms “remarkable” and “employee experience”, then exploring the key attributes of remarkable associations, and through collectively sharing experiences, identifying themes, and utilizing data and resources from ASAE and SHRM, we will identify the most influential factors and foundations for a remarkable employee experience in your organization.

  2. An understanding of the key factors and behaviors of associations that influence employee experience.
  3. Leave with resources and actionable ideas of how you could improve the employee experience in your organization.

Speaker Bios: 

  • Chris McDougall is the President & CEO of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) based in Lynnwood, WA. Founded in 1977 under the principles of cooperative competition and providing a fair and orderly marketplace for all participants, CBA is the country’s largest commercial multiple listing service with over 4,300 broker members serving Washington and Idaho. In his role, Chris is responsible for leading CBA in its mission to raise the standard of practice for the commercial brokerage industry and fulfilling its vision of being the most indispensable platform for commercial brokers in the Western United States.
