WSAE Fall Study Group

WSAE is launching an 8-week condensed fall study group for those interested in pursuing the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credentials. The program is Tuesdays from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., beginning October 9 through November 27, 2018.  It is completely online using Ring Central. Each week participants will connect with seasoned professionals who have achieved their CAE status to discuss one or more of the nine CAE domains in preparation for testing either this December of in 2019. Participation in this course is complimentary to WSAE members.

Earn CAE credits during the study course: Participants will earn one credit hour for each clock hour, up to a maximum of 20 hours per CAE application. All CAE eligible education must fit into the specified time frame to be able to be used towards either the exam application or renewal application. For candidates applying for the December 7, 2018 exam and taking this Study Group, you may claim up to 1.5 hours per session attended up until the time preceding your application submission.
During the WSAE CAE study group, participants will:

  • Enjoy 8 weeks of in-depth discussion about core competencies of association management.
  • Participate in a private online member community of CAE facilitators and candidates to engage in online discussions and share resources.
  • Learn test-taking strategies and study tips relevant to taking the CAE exam.
  • Engage in interactive learning through participant teach-back opportunities.
