Education

WSAE's Education offers Networking and Essential Learning

Our Education brings together members for structured presentations and networking. Locations and schedules vary. Meeting presenters often include some of Washington State’s and the nation’s most well-known association experts offering information members can use in their daily business practices. Topics are geared toward the nine Certified Association Executive (CAE) domains.

WSAE offers timely, relevant, and insightful education to help association executives at every level. Being able to network and connect with other execs and keep in touch with business partners who support the work I do is always a valuable use of my time.

Managing the Politics of Your Organization
The foundation of a successful association lies in its ability to support a community of diverse members to accomplish extraordinary results together.  The forces that can facilitate progress, as well as stand in its way, are rooted in how people react to power, hierarchies, cultural difference, and individual personalities.  The political climate of an organization can be the single largest factor that will determine its ultimate success or failure.
